Cold Deck

Privacy Policy

Effective 16 August 2026

Cold Deck (“the app”) is a local iPhone card game. You play face-down cards, declare a rank, and the other side Calls or Folds. This policy describes what the app does with information on your device.

What we collect

The app does not sign you in and does not send match data to our servers. We do not operate a backend for this product.

Match history, opponent stats, a player profile, and a few on/off switches stay in the app’s local store on that iPhone (SwiftData and UserDefaults). An onboarding flag is stored so the intro pages do not repeat.

The app does not access the camera, photo library, microphone, contacts, or location. It does not include advertising or analytics SDKs. App Tracking Transparency is not used. We do not sell personal information.

What leaves the phone

Opening Privacy or Terms in Settings loads this website in Safari. That request goes to the host serving these pages (Cloudflare Pages). We do not use that visit to identify you in the app.

If you share a match summary, the iOS share sheet you choose (Mail, Messages, Files, and so on) handles the send. We do not receive a copy.

Children

The app is a card game. Do not enter someone else’s personal data that you do not have a right to keep on the phone.

Deleting data

Settings → Delete All Data removes match history, roster stats, and progress and returns the intro screens. Uninstalling the app also removes the local store.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after an update means you have read the new text.
