These terms cover your use of Cold Deck on iPhone. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
The product
Cold Deck is a single-device bluff card game. Chip stacks in the app are score tokens. They are not money and have no cash value. Opponents are on-device. Pass & Play is two people sharing one phone.
Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for how you play and for who uses the phone.
- Do not treat in-game chips, pots, or ranks as currency or prizes with cash value.
- Keep the phone’s passcode on if match history should stay private.
Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive licence to use the app on Apple devices allowed by the App Store terms. You may not reverse engineer the app except where the law says you may, and you may not copy it as a competing product.
Price
The app is free. There are no in-app purchases and no subscriptions in this version.
Disclaimer
The app is provided “as is” for entertainment. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost local data after a device reset or a wipe you confirm in Settings.
Termination
You may stop using the app at any time and delete it. We may stop offering the app through the App Store.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the App Store region where you downloaded the app, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
